Job Description

The Purchasing Coordinator assists the Assistant Purchasing Manager in the day-to-day operation to streamline and create an effective ordering and procurement process to fulfill all order requests from different department and restaurants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Prepare purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with company
policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
? Analyze and forecast all order requirements and maintain records of all activities and
resolve all delivery issues.
? Reviews and conducts quality check of all purchased products
? Receives and inspects all incoming invoices and reconciles with purchase orders,
processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and
tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
? Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains a record of the
approved document and confidential file.
? Collaborates with the Assistant Purchasing Manager in recruiting new vendors and trade
partners.
? Assist accounting with any outstanding payment issues.
? Create and revise purchase orders in Company Enterprise for new starts and changes.
? Assist the overall operations of the Purchasing and Receiving areas
? Prioritize the assigned purchase requests and monitor all inventory level and determine
appropriate delivery dates of all products
? After proper approvals, issue the Purchase Order to the supplier and follow up for the
delivery of goods or services.
? Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases and updates
the system daily.
? Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations
? Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
? Perform data entry, admin and clerical duties as assigned. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
? With Hospitality or F&B background is a plus, freshers are welcome to apply
? With general maintenance materials knowledge.
? Excellent MS Office skills required
? Willingness to learn new software. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
