: Assistant Accountant

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage and process

accounts payable

transactions. Oversee

inventory management

, including stock monitoring and reconciliation with the storekeeper. Track and update

asset records

and manage the calculation of

depreciation

. Collaborate with the storekeeper to handle

inventory stock

and ensure accurate reporting. Assist in

financial reporting

related to inventory, assets, and payables. Perform regular

inventory audits

and maintain detailed records. Support the accounting department with

ad hoc

tasks as needed.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in

accounting

with a focus on

accounts payable

and

inventory management

. Prior experience in a

manufacturing environment

is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo). Strong knowledge of

asset management

and

depreciation

principles. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with

storekeeping

and other departments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Have UAE Driving License is an advantage
