Key Responsibilities
? Coordinate purchase orders and procurement processes
? Communicate with suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery
? Maintain stock records and update inventory data
? Support sales team with quotations, LPOs and customer follow-ups
? Prepare sales and purchase reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
? Ensure timely delivery and invoicing coordination
? Handle documentation and maintain accurate filing

?Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or relevant field preferred)
?2-5 years experience in purchase/sales coordination (GCC experience is an advantage)
?Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems preferred
?Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi a plus)
?Good analytical and reporting skills
?Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
