Job Description

Verifying Purchase Requests (PR) received; clarifying unclear items with the stakeholders concerned before initiation purchase.

Negotiation with suppliers to get the best price, Payment terms, Quality & delivery time.

Evaluate vendor's quotation to compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers as per customer requirement.

Liaise with vendors to negotiate, optimize and manage payment terms for the purchase of consumables. Prompt resolution of supply, quality, service issues with Customers / Suppliers if any.

Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment as per requirement.

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Liaise with internal Team to ensure an efficient work environment.

Maintaining files and records effectively.

Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple duties as required from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Skillset

2 to 3 years of UAE experience in similar role . Proficient use of MS office application packages. Hands on expertise in Excel is mandatory. Proficient in working on SAP user interface. Effective time management and pro-activeness. Good communication skills English (Verbal & Written) & Hindi (Verbal).
