Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Procurement Officer with 2 years of experience in the pool and landscape/ Building Materials /construction industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes specific to pool and landscape/construction projects, along with a proven track record of successful procurement activities.

Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers/vendors capable of meeting project requirements. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements. Source and select materials, equipment, and services required for pool and landscape/construction projects, considering quality, price, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project specifications. Generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor order status, expedite deliveries when necessary, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials to project sites, optimizing shipping routes and schedules to minimize delays and costs. Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing procurement activities. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. 2 years of proven experience in procurement, specifically within the pool and landscape/construction industry in the UAE. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on cost optimization and supplier management.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
