furniture
and the trading of
indoor plants
within the UAE. We are looking for a
Purchase & Merchandiser
to support our sourcing, purchasing, and coordination activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with overseas and local suppliers (mainly China)
Prepare and process purchase orders
Follow up on orders, production status, and deliveries
Coordinate with managers regarding product requirements and timelines
Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and pricing
Assist in sourcing new suppliers and products when required
Support merchandising and inventory planning activities
Requirements
Experience in purchasing, merchandising, or procurement preferred
Good communication skills in English (Chinese language is a plus, not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of import/export or trading business is an advantage
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams effectively
Proficient in MS Excel and basic office tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
