Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end procurement
of materials required for signage production (ACP, acrylic, vinyl, LEDs, steel, printing materials, hardware, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong
relationships with local and international suppliers
Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials to avoid production delays
Evaluate supplier performance and
negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate
purchase records
, contracts, and cost sheets
Coordinate with production and design departments for
technical material requirements
Monitor inventory levels and
manage reordering thresholds
to avoid overstock or shortages
Identify
cost-saving opportunities
without compromising on quality
Ensure compliance with
company policies, safety standards, and import/export regulations
Work closely with finance to track purchase budgets and payment terms
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
7 to 10 years
of experience in
procurement or purchase management
, preferably within the signage or related manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of signage materials and production components
Familiarity with
vendor sourcing, supply chain operations, and cost analysis
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., ERP, inventory tools)
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in
Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
