Emirates Talent Solution is hiring a skilled and experienced

Production Manager / Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a

minimum of 10 years' experience

in the signage and outdoor advertising industry and will be responsible for managing the entire production cycle -- from planning to execution -- ensuring high-quality output, efficient operations, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Develop and implement effective production schedules Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams for smooth workflow Optimize production processes for improved performance

Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards Conduct inspections and resolve any quality-related issues

Resource & Equipment Management:

Manage machinery, tools, and raw material procurement Ensure proper maintenance of equipment

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and supervise the production team Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance

Process & Cost Optimization:

Identify areas for process improvement Manage production budgets and control costs Generate and submit regular production reports

Client Focus:

Ensure final outputs align with client expectations Address client concerns in coordination with the sales team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in production management within the signage/media advertising sector In-depth knowledge of production techniques, materials, and tools Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Familiarity with production planning tools/software Budget management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
