Your Role

Supplier & Internal Coordination:

You'll source and negotiate with global suppliers, managing deadlines to fit our needs. Internally, you'll liaise with various departments to grasp their purchasing requirements and keep them updated on orders. You'll serve as the central point for resolving any supplier or internal communication hitches.

Order Management & ERP Operations:

Take charge of the complete purchase cycle within our ERP system. This involves everything from initial requests and vendor queries to final invoice clearance. You'll review order confirmations, log goods receipts, and proactively tackle any potential delays, coordinating payment processes with our finance team.

Logistics, Shipments & Compliance:

You'll manage shipment logistics while making sure we're in line with INCOTERMS and insurance protocols. Seamless coordination with customs and freight forwarders will be part of your daily tasks. On the compliance side, you'll handle import/export documentation, ensuring all purchases meet local and international regulations, and maintain thorough records of each transaction.

Inventory & Quality Oversight:

Inventory & Quality Oversight: Your role includes warehouse management, storekeeper supervision, annual stock audits, and precise inventory tracking. You'll collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all incoming goods meet our standards.

Cost & Performance Analytics:

You'll aid in budget preparation, track spending, and hunt for cost-saving opportunities. By staying current on market trends and watching international currency rates, you'll make smart buying decisions. You'll wrap it up by using KPIs to generate reports that assess the department's overall performance.

Your Profile

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business, Supply Chain, or Related Fields Minimum 3 years in a procurement role (Required) Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems (Microsoft Navision/Dynamics preferred) UAE driving license
