About the Role

Bawree Fashion, a leading name in ethnic wear retail, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Inventory Coordinator

to manage our Amazon inventory, in-store cash system, and support operational tasks like dispatches and photoshoots. If you have a keen eye for organization, thrive in dynamic environments, and enjoy working with both products and systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Inventory Management:

Maintain and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments. Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability are accurate and updated in real-time. Manage timely dispatch of Amazon orders from the store.

Cash and In-Store System Management:

Manage and reconcile the store's daily cash transactions using the POS/cash system. Ensure all sales data is correctly entered and recorded. Prepare basic sales and inventory reports for management review.

Photoshoot Coordination:

Organize clothing samples for photoshoots. Track and manage outfits taken for photoshoots, ensuring all products are returned and accounted for. Assist with setup and basic styling coordination when required during shoots.

Dispatch and Logistics:

Handle the packing and dispatch of Amazon orders from the store, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with delivery partners to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.

Requirements

Prior experience in inventory coordination, e-commerce operations, or retail management preferred. Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling. Ability to multitask across operational, administrative, and logistical activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus.

Work Schedule

6-day work week 11:00 - 10:00pm
