Key Responsibilities
Source and procure mobile phones (iPhones and others), laptops, tablets, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors and distributors in the UAE market.
Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive purchasing.
Negotiate purchase terms and pricing to maximize profitability.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier data.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience in a similar purchasing role within the UAE
, preferably in the
mobile/laptop retail or wholesale
sector.
Strong knowledge of mobile phones (especially iPhones), laptops, and related accessories.
Familiarity with UAE electronics market and key distributors/suppliers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of inventory or ERP software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (Ar abic or Hindi is an advantage).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
