Epoch Aerosols Industries

is looking for the Purchase Executive who is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, ordering, and delivery of materials in line with cost and quality targets. The role also includes operational tracking, vendor follow-ups, administrative support, and coordination across departments for smooth procurement and supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management:

Review internal purchase requisitions and prepare accurate purchase orders. Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies; negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers. Communicate regularly with suppliers, share forecasts, and ensure strong vendor relationships. Obtain and evaluate quotations, comparing price, quality, and delivery timelines. Participate in new product development, including item code creation and sample evaluations. Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and resolve any delays or issues. Coordinate with the QC team for quality checks and arrange replacements as needed. Collect and manage technical documentation for chemicals and packaging materials.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

Prepare and maintain the following ordering and tracking documents:

Supplier Order

Internal Order Tracking

Shipment Tracking

Enter and update data for:

Purchase Orders

Shipment Entries

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related Proven experience in purchasing/procurement (Cosmetic/Perfume industry mandatory) Strong in Excel & ERP systems Excellent negotiation & coordination skills Ready to work in Umm Al Quwain Can join immediately
