Job Description
Purchase Engineer Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Electrical /industrial engineering or similar. 1 -2 year of UAE experience in sourcing and purchasing Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Sheet Metal, and Steel materials is preferable. Sound knowledge of steel materials / market \xe2\x80\x93 UAE & International Market. Strong negotiation and Communication Skills. The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment. The ability to follow client specifications. Excellent networking and time management skills. Knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures. Knowledge of inventory control policies and procedures. Ability to negotiate best vendor performance, quality standards, terms, pricing and delivery. Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment would be an added advantage. Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. Strong mathematical skills with and without a calculator. Knowledge of legal terms and phrases used in purchase agreements. - Ajman Free Zone: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
