1. Following up the all transactions in and out door in the Ministry of Labour, immigration and other governments departments 2. Coordinate with HR Department regarding visa processing of new employees. 3. Advise HR Department regarding the costing of visas as per the status of their previous visas. 4. Collect completed documents from HR Department regarding visa and arranging to process on time after approval from PR Manager. 5. Prepare the visa application on Q-Form system and labor program. 6. Co-ordinate with PROs to submit/receive visa related documents. 7. Follow up for the application approval on labor program and update on Q-Form. 8. Inform HR department after getting the labor approval. 9. Inform HR department to cancel the old visa of new employees if needed. 10. Prepare applications to Immigration for entry permit on time and update on Q-Form. 11. Arrange in-out stamps or exit of employees after getting entry permit and update on Q-Form. 12. Inform HR department after getting the visa entry approval from immigration. 13. Submit the original of visa entry to HR department to inform the new employee. 14. Prepare application for Labor card and Residence permit and update on Q-Form. 15. Inform HR department to complete the required documents to submit labor card and Residence (Such as Medical, Insurance, and get employees\xe2\x80\x99 signatures on contract). 16. Check the missing documents on Netwasel and settle the same by submitting requirements to Labor. 17. Supervise the PR department in Emirates Cab. 18. Set the employees objectives and work distribution plans in order to achieve the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals. 19. Manage and evaluate the employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance and arrange for the correction plan in order to enhance the department performance. 20. Manage the department resources effectively and efficiently. 21. Plan and organize the work flow in coordination with the HR department. 22. Arrange the collection of original labor cards and contracts from post office and hand over to HR department for distribution to employees. 23. Attain to the employees queries pertaining to the visa and other related process. 24. Coordinate with HR department regarding visa cancellation and prepare the visa cancellation documents after approval from HR manager. 25. Prepare and update the employee list with visa / passport and other details. 26. Control of the employees\xe2\x80\x99 passports and keeping on locker safe. 27. Prepare and submit settlements of E-Dirham, Cash Online & Petty Cash accounts to Accounts Department with supporting documents and bank statements after approval from PR Manager. 28. Remind accounts department regarding recharge of E-Dirham and Cash Online accounts on time through PR Manager. 29. Inform PR Manager on time regarding any delay on recharging the accounts from accounts department. 30. Arrange monthly salary reports of company as per Wages Protection System from HR department and submit the same on time to Ministry of Labor.
