Urgent Hiring - A&M International is Looking for a Professional PRO in the United Arab Emirates

A&M International, one of the leading companies in the construction and contracting industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong practical knowledge of labor and immigration systems in the United Arab Emirates.

We are specifically looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute all transactions related to the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE).

Handle all processes related to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).

Professionally deal with all electronic systems related to labor and immigration.

Process, renew, and cancel work permits, visas, and residencies in full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Maintain effective communication with government and semi-government entities to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Stay updated with the latest labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.

Prepare regular reports and updates on the status of applications and transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years and up to 5 years of proven experience in the same field within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and related procedures.

Strong command of UAE government e-services (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, Emirates ID, E-channel, etc.).

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
