Reporting to the Account Managers and the agency Account Director, the PR Account Executive will be assisting the management team on PR and communications for high-profile accounts including strategies, plans, client and media/influencer relationships and partnerships and positive brand campaigns. The PR Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing one or more interns as well as overseeing PR Coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge on a range of consumer industries including F&B, hospitality, fashion and beauty, as well as knowledge of the digital arena. They need to be dynamic and strategic, possess competent writing skills, can take initiative, showcase a positive can-do attitude and be adept at supporting on multiple high-profile clients.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Fluency in writing and speaking Arabic language, is a plus
Positive and proactive, showcasing a can-do attitude with co-workers and clients
Must lead by example to interns and coordinators with excellent written and verbal communication skills and acute attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Experience in working with multiple brands across a range of consumer industries

Take ownership for specific projects with minimal supervision
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Duties will include, but not limited to the following)
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Support the Account Managers and agency Account Director with planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies
Support with the development of integrated communications and PR strategies, campaigns and initiatives that meet client objectives, and drive brand image and awareness across platforms
Showcase competent working relationships with existing media and influencers, as well as seeking out new relationships relevant to business needs and requirements
Responsible for securing best-in-class placements in top-tier print, digital and broadcast outlets
Handling media and influencer reviews which would involve developing target lists
Approaching potential media/influencers for client requirements
Meet and greet media/influencers at events as a representative of Coffee Communications
Writing Press releases / media alerts and ensuring consistent quality standards
Overseeing the booking of reviews & overall client liaison
Monitoring incoming coverage and following up on pending coverage post reviews with assistance of interns and PR coordinators
Ensuring client coverage across traditional media as well as social media coverage reports are updated daily with the assistance of interns
Collate weekly and monthly activity and media reports for clients
Creating gifting lists and preparing press kits with the assistance of interns and PR coordinators
Media monitoring and provision of creative collaboration ideas, trends and topics relevant for clients
EVENTS
Assist in event conceptualization
Assist in organizing client events
Work together with the creative teams for content creation related client requirements
Create target lists as well as manage RSVP and guest lists on site at events
Attending the event as a representative of Coffee Communications
EXPERIENCE
At least 1-2 years of PR experience with a reputable consumer agency handling a minimum of at least 5 brands across F&B/Hospitality/Fashion/Lifestyle or similar.
