Key Responsibilities:
Handle all PRO-related tasks, including staff visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labor cards, and Emirates ID processes.
Manage trade license renewals, tenancy contracts, and legal documentation related to retail shops and operations.
Liaise with government departments (Immigration, Labor, Municipality, Economic Department, etc.) to ensure full compliance with UAE laws.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all government-related transactions.
Support the HR and Finance teams with:
Payroll preparation and submission
, ensuring compliance with WPS.
Loan and advance requests
, maintaining records and approval processes.
Staff accommodation matters
, including coordination of leases, renewals, maintenance, and legal compliance.
Ensure timely execution of all government and administrative procedures across multiple emirates.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar PRO role within the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws across
Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi
.
Experience in payroll and familiarity with WPS is preferred.
Experience handling staff loans and accommodation logistics is a plus.
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
