Job Summary:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related documentation and legal formalities for the company and its employees. This role ensures compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements while maintaining strong relationships with government departments and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents. Manage and process company trade license renewals, vehicle registrations, and other legal documents. Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, and Civil Defense. Ensure timely submission of labor contracts, visa stamping, and Emirates ID applications. Maintain accurate records of all company and employee government documents. Stay up to date on UAE laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Prepare and submit required reports and updates to management regarding legal and government matters. Support HR with onboarding processes related to visa and work permit formalities. Represent the company in front of government and semi-government authorities when required. Coordinate with PRO service providers and manage outsourced documentation work when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 1 years of UAE experience in a similar PRO or Government Relations role. In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Immigration procedures, and e-government portals. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and verbal preferred). Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
