Job Description
Requirements:
Preferred Nationalities (Sudan, Pakistan, India)
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
Minimum 3 years of exp. or more as a PRO
in a group of companies or large organization.Proficient in Microsoft Excel. (MUST)
Must be & Valid driving license (Qatar). Transferable VisaResponsibilities:
Manage and follow up on all government-related transactions for the company and employees (residency permits, visas, licenses, commercial registrations, etc*.).
Handle processes with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, Police, and other regulatory authorities. Monitor and renew commercial licenses, residencies, insurances, and permits on time. Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth operations and enhance the company's image.
