Key Responsibilities
Public Relations (PRO) Duties
Handle all government-related documentation and approvals (MOIAT, Municipality, Civil Defense, Immigration, Ministry of Labor, etc.).
Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts in compliance with UAE laws.
Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and ensure timely processing of company documents.
Coordinate trade license renewals, company registrations, and other legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to scaffolding operations.
Human Resources Duties
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Draft and maintain HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and company standards.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Organize training sessions on safety, compliance, and professional development.
Ensure proper documentation for scaffolding workforce, including certifications and medical fitness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in PRO and HR functions in the UAE (construction/scaffolding industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks under deadlines.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
