Helen & Sons Business Consultancy is seeking a proactive
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
who can also support business growth. This dual-role requires strong knowledge of UAE government procedures along with the ability to generate and convert business setup leads in Free Zones.
Key Responsibilities
Visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation) for employees & investors
Labour card & Emirates ID applications/renewals
Trade license renewal & establishment card updates
Quota applications and modifications
Medical typing, labour & immigration submissions (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP)
Liaising with SAIF Zone, SEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality & regulatory bodies
PO Box renewals and compliance support
Maintain accurate records and provide weekly updates
Offer letters and company documentation support
Additional consultancy & liaison services as required
Requirements
2-3 years of UAE experience as PRO / Business Setup Advisor
In-depth knowledge of visa, labour & licensing procedures (SAIF Zone preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills (English and Hindi)
Target-driven, energetic & able to multitask under pressure
