Public Relation Officer (pro)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related formalities and ensure our company and employees remain fully compliant with UAE laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with in-depth knowledge of UAE immigration, labour, and licensing procedures. You will serve as the primary liaison between our company and various government departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Visa & Immigration Management:

Handle the end-to-end process of all employee visas, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.

Government Liaison:

Act as the main point of contact for all transactions with government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, [Relevant Free Zone Authority], and the Chamber of Commerce.

Company Licensing:

Manage the application, renewal, and amendment of the company's trade license and other relevant permits.

Document Processing:

Prepare, submit, and follow up on all applications through online portals and typing centers. Manage the attestation and notarization of company and employee documents.

Employee Support:

Guide new and existing employees through the visa process, including scheduling and accompanying them for medical tests, Emirates ID biometrics, and other government procedures.

Compliance:

Ensure 100% compliance with all UAE federal and local immigration, labour, and company laws. Keep meticulous records of all employee visas, permits, and licenses.

Renewal Tracking:

Maintain an organized calendar to track and initiate all document renewals (licenses, visas, Emirates IDs) well in advance to avoid penalties.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with officials in government departments to facilitate smooth and efficient processing of applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within [your industry, e.g., mainland, or specify if you are in a Free Zone].

Education:

High school diploma is mandatory. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Language Skills:

Fluent in Arabic and English

Technical Skills:

Must be highly proficient in using UAE government e-portals

(e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA Dubai, ICP Abu Dhabi, TASHEEL, etc.).

Knowledge:

In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration procedures, and documentation requirements.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. High level of patience, perseverance, and professionalism. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Mobility:

Must have a valid UAE driver's license and own car is a

major advantage

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
