Job Description

Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

with strong

UAE mainland experience

to manage all government-related documentation and approvals for our construction company. The candidate must be well-versed with UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and dealings with various government authorities.

Key Responsibilities



Handle all

government transactions

related to UAE mainland operations Process

employment visas, residence visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and cancellations

Liaise with

MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Municipality, DED, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities

Manage

trade license issuance, renewal, and amendments

Coordinate

company and project-related permits and approvals

Maintain proper records of all legal documents, visas, and company licenses Assist HR with

onboarding and offboarding documentation

Stay updated with

UAE laws, regulations, and government procedures

Support management with legal and compliance-related matters
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of PRO experience

in a

UAE mainland construction company

Strong knowledge of

UAE labor law, immigration, and visa processes

Excellent connections and familiarity with

government departments

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Good communication skills in

English

(Arabic is an advantage) Valid

UAE driving license

preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
