The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing and executing all government-related processes for the company, ensuring full compliance with DMCC regulations and UAE labour, immigration and corporate requirements.
The role supports the HR Head in all employee life-cycle processes related to visas, licensing, regulatory renewals and document control.
operations including licence renewals, amendments, establishment card renewal, and all regulatory updates.
Handle company document updates including shareholders, managers, UBO declarations, data changes, and approvals.
Ensure timely renewal of licence, establishment card, flexi-desk/office lease and all compliance submissions.
B. Employee Visa & Immigration Processing
Process new employee visas, entry permits, E-channels, medical tests, Emirates ID applications and stamping.
Coordinate visa renewals and cancellations in coordination with HR.
Maintain detailed tracking of all visas, expiry dates and renewal schedules.
Handle dependent/ family visa applications where required (fee collection, documentation, scheduling).
Ensure full compliance with
UAE immigration laws
and DMCC guidelines.
C. HR Support & Employee Onboarding Assistance
Support HR during new joiner onboarding by preparing required immigration documents.
Coordinate with employees for medicals, EID biometrics, appointments and document submissions.
Provide continuous updates to HR on visa progress, issues, timelines or changes.
D. Government Relations & Compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact with:
DMCC Authority
Immigration
Dubai Police
Emirates ID Authority
Dubai Courts (if needed)
Banks (for attestations)
Handle attestations, notarisation, Power of Attorney requests and other legal documentation.
Maintain compliance calendars for DMCC submissions, ESR, UBO, and corporate filings in coordination with HR & Finance.
E. Administrative & Document Management
Maintain employee files, government receipts, visa copies, employment contracts and attestations.
Ensure accurate tracking sheets for:
Employee visas
Dependent visas
Passport renewals
Emirates ID expiry
Establishment card
Trade licence renewal
Prepare monthly reports for HR Head outlining progress, compliance and pending tasks.
F. Vendor Coordination
Work with courier companies, typing centers, medical centers and business service providers.
Negotiate service fees when possible to reduce operational costs.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum
3-5 years
UAE experience as PRO in a
DMCC company
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of DMCC Portal, Immigration, E-channels, and UAE Labour regulations.
Experience handling full visa cycle independently.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
English and Hindi fluency
; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong documentation and process-tracking skills.

7. WORKING HOURS & REQUIREMENTS
Office-based role with Government visits as needed.
Must be available for urgent tasks such as emergency visa issues, police clearance, or immediate DMCC filings.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
