Job Responsibilities
Handle all government-related work across UAE
Complete knowledge of
MOHRE, Immigration, Traffic, RTA, Police, Economic Department, Municipality, Ejari, DED, Chamber of Commerce, Labour Court
etc.
Manage visa processing, renewals, cancellations & amendments
Manage Emirates ID, Medical, Tawjeeh, Tasheel & Amer procedures
Handle Trade License renewals, company documents, portal updates
Represent the company in all government departments & free zones
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws & government regulations
Submit applications, follow-ups and clearance of any pending issues
Maintain accurate documentation and daily PRO reports
Coordinate with HR & Operations for all employee-related government tasks
Requirements
Minimum 5 years UAE experience as PRO
Strong knowledge of government portals:
MOHRE
ICP / Immigration
Tasheel
Amer
RTA / Traffic
KHDA, Municipality, DED, etc.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in English + Arabic (advantage)
Good follow-up, coordination & documentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
