Job Description

Benchmark Foods Trading LLC set board in 2006 in Dubai and has today established as a leading distributor in United Arab Emirates. Role & Responsibilities:



Serve as the

official representative

of the company to all UAE government departments (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, Economic Department, Municipality, etc.). Prepare, submit, and follow up on

applications

,

approvals

, and

renewals

Handle

new employee visa processing

, including medical tests, Emirates ID typing, and labor card procedures. Manage

visa cancellation

,

resignation

, and

final settlement

formalities for departing employees. Ensure all employment-related paperwork complies with

UAE Labour Law

and company policy. Ensure timely

renewal of trade licenses

,

tenancy contracts

, and

vehicle registrations

. Maintain up-to-date

company records

in government systems. Monitor

regulatory changes

and update management on new government rules or procedures. Coordinate with

HR and Admin

for smooth employee processing. Communicate and maintain good relations with

government officers and ministries

. Provide advice on

legal documentation requirements

and ensure accuracy before submission. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all processed government transactions. Prepare

monthly or quarterly reports

on government-related activities. Manage

company insurance renewals

,

vehicle registrations

, and

chamber of commerce certificates

. Assist in

organizing official company events

, sponsorships, or government-related public events when required.
Requirement:

Age preferred between 35- 40 Male Candidate Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in same field
