We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation, visa processes, labor law compliance, and have experience in
Tas-heel system and DED, DM, DEWA, and Dubai Courts
Key Responsibilities:
Experience working with the Tas-heel system and DED, DM, DEWA, and Dubai Courts
Manage all documentation related to employee visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and company trade licenses.
Liaise with immigration, labor, and other government authorities regarding employee-related processes.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and company documents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa policies, and other government procedures.
Assist in resolving any legal or compliance issues related to governmental authorities.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all PRO-related activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
