Key Responsibilities
1. Company Formation & Government Liaison
Set up companies across UAE Mainland and Free Zones.
Liaise with TASHEEL, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, and other government bodies.
Process labor contracts, visa applications, trade licenses, and corporate documentation.
Collect and deliver official documents like Emirates IDs, licenses, and company stamps.
Prepare and submit accurate WPS and banking documentation.
Stay up to date with evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
2. Operational Logistics
Travel daily to meet clients and deliver/submit documentation.
Ensure deadlines are met and client requests are handled efficiently.
Stay flexible and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of both Mainland and Free Zone company setup.
Confident handling immigration, TASHEEL, visa, and labor documentation.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Strong digital skills--comfortable with government portals and online systems.
Responsible, highly organized, and client-oriented.
Clear communicator with a positive, proactive mindset.
