We are seeking an experienced

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to join our team in the

construction sector

. The ideal candidate must have a

strong background in dealing with government authorities

, labor and immigration departments, and possess an in-depth understanding of

construction-related documentation

and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all

government-related documentation

and formalities, including visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, municipality, and DED-related tasks. Liaise with

government departments

such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities. Prepare and submit all relevant

legal documents

for new and existing employees in compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in

government rules and regulations

affecting the construction industry. Ensure the company's compliance with UAE laws, especially those concerning

construction permits, licenses, labor, and immigration

. Assist in

renewals of licenses

, vehicle registrations, company documents, and certifications. Maintain accurate records of all

PRO-related transactions

. Represent the company in

legal or governmental matters

when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years

of experience as a PRO in the

UAE construction industry

. Proficient in

Arabic and English

(reading, writing, and speaking). Strong network with

local government departments

and a clear understanding of their procedures. Valid UAE driving license. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with

labor laws, visa procedures, municipality requirements
