PRO Concepts is seeking a proactive and experienced

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling

- All government-related documentation,

- Visa processing,

- Labor cards,

- License renewals, and

All other public relations and administrative tasks to support smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all government-related documents and processes (Dubai Economy, Ministry of Labor, Immigration, etc.)

Process employment/residency visas, Emirates ID, medical testing, and renewals for staff

Handle license renewals, establishment card updates, and relevant company documentation

Keep up to date with changes in government rules and ensure compliance

Maintain strong relationships with government departments and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and reporting of all transactions

Provide timely updates to management regarding PRO activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a PRO Officer in the UAE (minimum 3 years) in a "Typing Center"

Very importantly the PRO Officer

should generate his/ her own Leads

Excellent knowledge of UAE labor, Immigration, and Visa procedures

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
