Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Part-Time Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to manage and process government-related transactions, primarily focused on business setup and licensing. The successful candidate will support clients with company formation, trade license procedures, and serve as a liaison with UAE government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

DED and Free Zone

company formations, trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations. Prepare and submit all required

government forms and approvals

in a timely and accurate manner. Assist clients with

business setup, licensing, and renewal

processes across various jurisdictions in the UAE. Represent the company at

government departments

, notary offices, and ministries as required. Liaise with relevant authorities such as

DED, Free Zone Authorities, Immigration, MOHRE

, and other regulatory bodies. Ensure all transactions comply with current

UAE laws and regulations

. Stay updated on any changes in

UAE government policies and procedures

that affect business operations. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all submitted applications and approvals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

PRO in the UAE

, especially with DED and Free Zone procedures. In-depth knowledge of UAE

business formation, licensing, and compliance requirements

. Strong communication skills in

English

; proficiency in

Arabic

is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions efficiently. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Working Hours:

Part-Time (flexible hours based on workload and government office timings)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
