We are looking for an experienced and well-connected
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
with a strong background in UAE government liaison and
corporate services
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all documentation, approvals, and compliance matters with various government departments. This role is especially suited for someone who has worked in
Manage new business license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations (mainland & free zone)
Handle visa processing for employees, dependents, investors, and domestic workers
Apply for Emirates ID, medical fitness tests, labor contracts, and insurance policies
Deal with all relevant UAE authorities including DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, DHA, and Notary Public
Corporate Services & Compliance:
Advise clients on legal procedures, document requirements, timelines, and government fees
Assist in preparing documents for notarization, attestation (Ministry of Foreign Affairs & UAE embassies), and translation (Arabic/English)
Handle UAE local sponsor arrangements, corporate nominee services, and POA (Power of Attorney) documentation
Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE economic substance regulations (ESR), UBO, and AML policies where applicable
Client & Internal Coordination:
Act as a liaison between clients and government authorities, ensuring a smooth process for corporate transactions
Maintain accurate records and updates of all transactions in CRM or document management systems
Provide clients and internal teams with timely updates on application statuses and renewals
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 2
-4 years
of UAE experience as a PRO, ideally in a
business setup or corporate services firm
Excellent knowledge of
Dubai Economy (DED)
and Free Zone Authorities (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.)
Familiarity with
Ejari
,
Estidama
, and
Immigration portals
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Strong organizational and time management skills
