Handle all government-related documentation, including visa applications and business licenses. o Advise management on legal and regulatory requirements. o Coordinate with HR for the onboarding of international employees. o Represent the company in government meetings. Ideal Candidate o 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in the UAE retail sector. o Proficiency in reconciliations, reporting, and analytics. o Independent, with the capability to manage end-to-end financial operations temporarily Qualifications o 5+ years' experience in a government relations role within the UAE. o Proficient in Arabic and English. o Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures. o Understanding of Government departments inc licensing and retail o Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
