Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

with a

minimum of 4 years of proven experience

in handling government and employee-related documentation within

Abu Dhabi

.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in

Arabic and English

, and be well-versed in all

UAE government procedures

,

business approvals

, and

license renewals

.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, type, and process

employment and business contracts

. Schedule and manage

new and renewal medical examinations

for employees. Handle

labour training applications

and other labour-related services. Apply for

new Emirates IDs

and manage

Emirates ID renewals

. Manage

visa stamping, renewals, and cancellations

. Handle all

Municipality

and

Labour Office

transactions. Process

new and renewal applications

for

trade licenses

. Apply for and renew

Civil Defence certificates

. Process

new employment visas

and related documentation. Ensure compliance with all

government mandates and procedures

. Proficient in using

MOHRE

and

ICA systems

(Visa Processing, Visa Cancellation). Ability to

register new companies

, manage

license renewals

, and apply

Company Classification

.

Requirements:



Minimum

4 years of UAE experience

as a PRO (

Abu Dhabi experience preferred

). Excellent

Arabic and English

communication and writing skills. Strong

computer skills

, including Microsoft Office and online government portals. Valid

UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Sound knowledge of

UAE labour, immigration, municipality, and trade licensing procedures

. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
