3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in a UAE-based company
as a PRO, with a strong understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and licensing procedures. The role includes handling official tasks across multiple branches and ensuring compliance with all government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full process of visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration services for employees.
Oversee company trade license renewals, amendments, and branch establishment or closure as required.
Coordinate with UAE government departments, including the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, DED, Municipality, Civil Defence, and others.
Process employee medical tests, Emirates ID, work permits, and residency stamping.
Maintain a calendar of key expiry dates for visas, licenses, and contracts, ensuring timely renewals across all branches.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all PRO-related transactions and documentation for company audit and compliance.
Track and respond to updates in UAE labor laws and government procedures, and advise management accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external government and legal representatives to facilitate smooth business operations.
Visit government departments as needed to follow up on pending transactions or resolve issues.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working in a multi-branch company or corporate group.
Knowledge of documentation attestation, municipality procedures, and visa quotas.
Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent tasks.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy in handling sensitive employee and company data
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE-based experience
working as a PRO in a
company.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and business licensing procedures.
Fluency in
English and Arabic
(spoken and written).
Proficiency in using UAE government portals (e.g., MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, DED).
Valid UAE driving license
is
mandatory
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
