Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa and immigration procedures, and government portals, with at least 5 years of proven experience handling PRO duties in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all governmental procedures, including visa applications, work permits, license renewals, and company documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations issued by the UAE Government. Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, DED, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Immigration, and Civil Defense. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in UAE labor and immigration laws. Prepare and process documentation required for company licenses, staff visas, and other legal requirements. Submit and follow up on visa applications and renewals in a timely manner. Represent the company in meetings with government authorities when required. Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and official documents. Provide guidance and support to HR and management on government-related issues.

Requirements:

Proven minimum 5 years of experience in a similar PRO role in Abu Dhabi. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals (eChannels, MOHRE, Tasheel, etc.). Strong network of contacts within Abu Dhabi government departments. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Valid UAE driving license. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience using Abu Dhabi's online government platforms (e.g., TAMM, ICA Smart Services).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
