Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in psychology courses to undergraduate and/or graduate students, covering a diverse range of topics such as introductory psychology, counseling psychology, developmental psychology, organizational psychology, and neuropsychology. Develop engaging and interactive course materials that align with program objectives and promote student-centered learning. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting active student participation and facilitating discussions. Mentor and advise students, providing academic guidance and career counseling. Engage in scholarly activities, such as conducting research, publishing in reputable journals, and presenting at conferences. Contribute to curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation processes. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a recognized university. ABD candidates nearing completion will also be considered. Strong expertise in the field of psychology, with specialization in one or more areas. Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level is highly desirable. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Dedication to student success and a passion for creating a positive learning environment. Active involvement in professional organizations and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
