Job Title: Psychiatrist (Integrative Wellness Focus)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a progressive, wellness-aligned Psychiatrist who can seamlessly integrate mental health into our broader family medicine and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will not only offer psychiatric consultations but also actively contribute to the design and implementation of personalized wellness and longevity programs, embedding emotional and psychological health as a core pillar of total well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide treatment for a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health conditions. Integrate mental health assessments and interventions into the wellness and family medicine programs, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. Collaborate closely with the Family Medicine Doctor and Wellness team to co-develop structured programs for stress management, emotional healing, lifestyle optimization, and preventative mental healthcare. Create patient-centric care plans that may include psychotherapy, stress management techniques, lifestyle coaching, and complementary therapies alongside conventional psychiatric treatments. Provide guidance on emotional resilience and preventive mental health for patients enrolled in Kairon's wellness programs. Maintain meticulous patient records, ensure confidentiality, and comply with DHA regulations and internal SOPs. Promote a high-touch, empathetic patient experience, participating in the refinement of the full customer journey. Stay current with emerging practices in integrative psychiatry, lifestyle psychiatry, and wellness-based mental health models.
Qualifications:

Medical Degree with specialization in Psychiatry and DHA license or eligibility. Minimum 5 years clinical experience, preferably with a background or interest in integrative, holistic, or lifestyle psychiatry. Strong understanding of the mind-body connection in health, wellness, and disease prevention. Ability to work collaboratively across medical and wellness disciplines. Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Passion for building innovative mental health programs within a longevity and wellness framework.
