Job Title: Clinical Psychologist (Integrative Wellness Focus)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team. The ideal candidate will go beyond traditional talk therapy to co-create wellness programs that integrate psychological healing with physical and nutritional health. This role involves working closely with the Family Medicine Doctor and Nutritionist to address the emotional and behavioral roots of health and empower patients on their healing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based psychological assessments, therapy, and support for individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, and life adjustment challenges. Collaborate with the medical and wellness teams to develop personalized treatment pathways that address mental, physical, and nutritional health. Play an active role in designing and refining the clinic integrative wellness and longevity programs, incorporating tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and stress reduction practices. Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and lifestyle-related stress through therapeutic interventions and coping strategies. Guide and empower patients with techniques that improve self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with DHA regulations and internal SOPs. Contribute to the patient journey experience by offering a welcoming, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment. Stay updated on best practices in integrative psychology, wellness-based care models, and emerging research in mental health.
Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology. DHA license or eligibility as a Psychologist. Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably within a wellness-oriented or integrative setting. Training or familiarity with complementary therapies (e.g., mindfulness, lifestyle therapy, positive psychology) is preferred. Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills. Commitment to holistic, ethical, and long-term patient transformation.
