Job Summary:
The Prosthodontist is responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing restorative and replacement treatments for patients with missing or deficient teeth and oral structures. This specialist restores oral function, comfort, appearance, and health using advanced prosthetic and aesthetic dental procedures, including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients requiring prosthetic and restorative dental care.
Design, fabricate, and fit dental prostheses, including fixed, removable, and implant-supported restorations.
Collaborate with oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide comprehensive aesthetic dental treatments, including veneers, onlays, and cosmetic reconstructions.
Conduct pre- and post-treatment evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust prosthetics as needed.
