The role?
To act as proposal lead on individual RFPs and contribute towards achieving booking plan of EnerMech\xe2\x80\x99s MEC region.
- To act as lead responsible person for preparation, approvals, submission and close-out of individual RFPs and large pre-qualification exercises.
- Tender kick off calls.
- Liaise with internal stake holders and maintain clear visibility of the progress on each tender.
- Deal with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Tax, BD and other divisions for tender input in a timely manner.
- Follow the tender approval matrix and ensure correct approvals are in place on a timely manner.
- Demonstrate with evidence of the cost efficiencies achieved by the proposal specialist position and resultant effect on the booking plan.
- Continue to manage the monthly reporting data.
- Dealing with pre and post tender clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with tender format.
- Storyboard reviews through kick off and progress calls for individual tenders.
- Bring in innovative solutions on complex pricing schedules.
- Management of tender folders on the server
- Document controlling.
- Tender acknowledgements / decline forms.
- Any other tasks assigned by the E&P Manager to support the workload.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a technical role.
- Previous experience in a commercial role.
- An understanding of an onshore / offshore oil and gas market.
- Relevant site-based industry experience.
- Previous experience in tendering / commercial role.
- Knowledge of Middle East and Caspian Oil & Gas market.
