Proposals Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, RFQs, and technical specifications
Develop technical proposals for water and wastewater treatment systems
Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Create process designs, flow diagrams, and equipment sizing calculations
Obtain vendor quotations and analyze proposals
Compile commercial proposals with pricing structures and payment schedules
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams
Ensure timely submission of compliant bids
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Environmental/Civil Engineering
Experience in water and wastewater treatment systems
Knowledge of treatment technologies (RO, UF, MBR, SBR, MBBR, ASP)
Understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment selection
Proficiency in cost estimation and BOQ preparation
Strong analytical and technical writing skills

Database management and process improvement

Water treatment: RO, UF, NF, filtration, softening

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
