Proposal Design Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a Proposal Design Strategist based in the UAE to lead the creative development of business proposals and RFP submissions.
This is a creative and strategic role for someone who can transform written proposals into visually powerful, client-focused documents that help the company win contracts.

You will take ownership of proposal design -- ensuring each submission is visually impressive, professionally structured, and aligned with the client's industry and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-impact, visually compelling proposals and RFP submissions. Redesign and modernize proposal templates using MS Word, Canva Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite. Turn complex or technical information into clear, visually appealing graphics and infographics. Design proposal covers, executive summaries, and visuals that highlight company strengths and value. Maintain consistent branding across all proposal materials. Collaborate with proposal writers, editors, and management to ensure professional quality and compliance. Stay up to date with design and presentation trends in proposal development.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal design, graphic design, or presentation design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva Pro. Excellent English communication and teamwork skills. Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and creative storytelling. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Familiarity with proposal or RFP structure is an advantage.
