We're seeking a creative and strategic RFP Design Specialist to join our UAE office and work closely with our U.S.-based Procurement and Proposal Team.

This is not just a design role -- it's an opportunity to shape how our organization wins government contracts. You'll combine creativity, analysis, and collaboration to design high-impact proposals that stand out, score higher, and help us succeed in competitive bids.

Position Overview

As an RFP Design & Proposal Enhancement Specialist, you'll transform technical content into professional, visually compelling, and persuasive proposals. You'll analyze client evaluation feedback, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate daily with the U.S. RFP team to refine every submission -- from layout and visuals to storytelling and presentation flow.

Your designs will highlight our services, personnel, and capabilities -- helping position our company as a trusted industry leader in security and government contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with the U.S. RFP and procurement team to enhance proposal design, structure, and layout.

Review evaluation reports and scoring results to identify improvement opportunities.

Design professional visuals, graphics, and layouts that make complex information clear and engaging.

Create custom images for each RFP (e.g., security personnel, uniforms, vehicles, or operations tailored to client requirements).

Maintain and update RFP templates and brand standards for consistency and compliance.

Participate in daily team meetings to discuss ongoing proposals and creative enhancements.

Research and benchmark competitor RFPs to ensure proposals remain visually and strategically superior.

Support development of executive summaries, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing materials.

Key Impact Areas

Improve proposal scoring results through stronger visual design and clarity.

Develop a consistent visual identity for all proposals.

Strengthen collaboration and feedback flow between UAE and U.S. teams.

Increase evaluator engagement and overall proposal readability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

4+ years of experience in proposal, RFP, or business design (government or corporate).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva / PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Understanding of government procurement formats and RFP processes is preferred.

Ability to interpret evaluator feedback and implement continuous improvement.

Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-oriented.

Knowledge of U.S. market standards in security or related industries is an advantage

Ability to work night shift (UAE time zone) aligned with Los Angeles operations.
