Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Property Supervisor to manage our portfolio of residential units in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in property management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle tenant relations and property maintenance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the condition of all managed units in RAK through regular site visits and inspections Act as the main point of contact for tenants, managing inquiries, service requests, complaints, and coordination of resolutions Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors, service providers, and internal teams Oversee move-in/move-out procedures, unit readiness, and handover/snagging processes Maintain proper documentation including contracts, condition reports, service records, and tenant files Support new lease and renewals and ensure compliance with tenancy laws and company policies Work closely with the accounts team on rent follow-ups, payments, and reporting of delinquencies Track and report on property performance, maintenance status, tenant issues, and operational metrics Provide regular reports and updates to management on property condition, issues, and progress
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or supervision in the UAE; experience in Ras Al Khaimah is preferred Good knowledge of UAE tenancy regulations and leasing procedures Strong skills in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple properties efficiently Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills Valid UAE driving license with flexibility to travel across Ras Al Khaimah
