Anantara is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join its world-class resort team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient handling of inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of front office operations. What You'll Do

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure prompt, courteous service at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests in a professional manner
• Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, room types, rates, promotions, and services
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transportation arrangements
• Ensure accurate financial transactions following resort policies and procedures
• Manage communication across departments for seamless guest experiences
• Maintain a strong working relationship with Concierge, limousine drivers, and third-party partners
• Follow up on guest feedback and ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Attend training sessions, daily briefings, and resort events to enhance knowledge and service quality
• Adhere to safety, health, and security protocols, including CID reporting requirements
• Uphold resort grooming standards and represent the brand with professionalism

Ideal Profile

• Prior experience in hotel front office operations preferred
• Strong focus on customer service with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Computer literacy in MS Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage
• Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and a team player
