Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Snagging Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties, identifying defects, and preparing high-quality snagging reports in line with UAE building codes and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough snagging inspections on newly constructed or renovated properties.

Identify and document defects including structural, cosmetic, and mechanical/electrical issues.

Prepare comprehensive, photographic snagging reports using digital tools and inspection software.

Explain findings clearly to clients and assist with follow-up or de-snagging as needed.

Stay updated with UAE construction standards, municipality guidelines, and best practices.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and developers to ensure issues are addressed promptly.

Conduct quality control checks and re-inspections post-rectification.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in snagging, property inspection, or construction supervision.

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction materials, and MEP systems.

Excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Familiarity with inspection/reporting tools (e.g., tablets, snagging software).

Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields preferred.
