who can close deals, win clients, and grow with us.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of the
entire leasing cycle
- from sourcing landlord listings to closing tenant contracts.
Convert hot leads
provided by the company into signed tenancy agreements.
Build and maintain
exclusive landlord relationships
and a strong tenant network.
Handle
contracts, renewals, and legal compliance
with precision.
Stay ahead of market trends across Dubai's prime communities: Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Hills, Emirates Living, and more.
Deliver results in a
target-driven, performance-focused culture.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year proven experience in Dubai real estate leasing (non-negotiable).
A closer's mindset - confident, persuasive, and relentless in pursuing deals.
Strong market knowledge and the ability to guide clients with authority.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic/Hindi/other languages are a plus.
RERA license preferred (or willingness to obtain immediately).
Presentable, polished, and
hungry for success.
