Property Rental/Leasing Consultants
to join our Dubai team. You will assist clients with renting and leasing properties, provide market guidance, and deliver exceptional service while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Source and list rental properties across Dubai
Conduct market research and evaluate rental values in different areas
Arrange and lead property tours and inspections
Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants
Keep up to date with market trends, regulations, and legal requirements
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in property rental/leasing in Dubai
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
