Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking driven and client-focused Property Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate and excel at building relationships, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service across residential and commercial property sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote properties across Abu Dhabi, including off-plan and ready units
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on listings and market conditions
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Advise clients on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and legal procedures
Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales or consultancy (UAE market preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
